蔡英文將與捷克總統當選人通話？　總統府這樣說【記者潘袁詩羽／台北報導】捷克總統大選於昨天落幕，不過捷克當地媒體報導，總統當選人帕維爾（Petr Pavel）將與烏克蘭總統澤連斯基（Volodymyr Zelenskyy）、台灣總統蔡英文通話。對此，總統府發言人張惇涵今天（29日）表示，蔡英文對帕維爾當選捷克總統一事表達祝賀，至於是否會和帕維爾通話，外交部都會進行妥善的評估與規劃，定案後也將與社會報告說明。
